Lesley - Admin Coordinator
Ashley Samson - Manager
Ash is a Gordon local with a young family, and enjoys travelling, baking, and having a chat. She loves creating and supporting inclusive experiences that bring people together and is very excited to join the team. Always up for a cuppa. Bonus points if there’s cake. Ash works Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Lesley is a local artist/resident of Ballan, who is our front of house at BNH; managing your bookings, and keeping the house in order.
When not at work you will find her either with her head in a good book, knitting, painting or with her dog, Bentley.
Lesley works during office hours Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Ruby Glew - Community Engagement & Marketing
Driven by the values of community, belonging, and fun, Ruby brings a diverse background in education, business, and project management to BNH. Outside the house, you’ll find her teaching Pilates, relief teaching at the local schools, out walking her dog or chatting with locals.
Ruby works 15 hours a week.
Ange - Foodbank Coordinator
Ange is a familiar face at the Foodbank, having volunteered for a long time before stepping into the coordinator role. Local to Ballan Ange is a hairdresser and plays a big part in her community.
Ange works six hours a week and is your personal shopper on Foodbank Thursday.
George - Step Toes Op Shop Coordinator
George, a retired nurse, has been a part of the Step Toes Op Shop Volunteers for many years. Aside from coordinating the Op Shop, George is a familiar face at the Foodbank on a Thursday.
George works six hours a week - during Foodbank and op shop opening hours.
Sally has over 45 years’ experience working in Finance including private and public sectors. Sally has a Masters of Professional Accounting which compliments her passion for working with numbers every day.
Her other passions are her 5 children, grandchildren, 2 sponsor children, dogs, Bali holidays, hanging out with friends and food.
